Mr. Labib has an extensive experience for over 16 years in various environmental fields providing environmental consultation services to private and public sector projects for different scopes including oil & gas, petrochemicals, energy production, power transmission, chemicals & fertilizers industries, touristic & recreation projects in addition to other sectors. His experience varies in Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIAs), Scoping Environmental Impact Assessment (EIAs), Environmental Regulatory Compliance Plans, Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I and Phase II), Environmental Due Diligence, Environmental Management Plans including Monitoring Programs in addition to specialized field and laboratory environmental measurements.

Mr. Labib is a Pan-Arab Certified Energy Management Professional (PA-CEMP). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Physics from the Faculty of Sciences, Cairo University and a diploma in Laser Applications in Metrology from the National Institute of Laser Enhanced Sciences (NILES), Cairo University, among other certification and training.
