- As part of the ESIA that Environics carried out for this project in accordance with the Egyptian regulations, as well as JICA’s environmental standards and guidelines, a detailed investigation of Flash Flood Hazards was undertaken to cover the PV site and the surrounding areas.
- The investigation encompassed a hydraulic analysis, the recommended protection works and flood control alternatives.
