- National River Port Management Company (NRPMC) and Nile Cargo Company were in the process of developing their environmental & social (E&S) management systems.
- E&S review was carried out in accordance with the IFC PSs.
- The quality and implementation of the environmental, social, health, and safety policies and systems were reviewed, covering river transport and docking components.
