- To assure that the Egyptian Electricity Holding Company’s (EEHC) three power plants (Beni Suef, Burullus & New Capital) are effectively implementing and managing the Environmental and Social mitigation, monitoring and reporting requirements, an Environmental and Social Audit was requested
- The audit was conducted to assess compliance of each site construction with Project’s standards, as defined in its owner’s ESMP.
- The audit process included documents review, interviews with site staff and observations for each power plant.
- For each site, a report was prepared including summary of findings & their ratings.
