The Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and Limited Environmental Compliance Review (LCR) were carried out for a facility located that produces plastic caps for beverages production companies.
Phase I ESA was conducted in accordance with the scope and limitations of ASTM Standard E1527-13 Standard Practice for Phase I ESA. The LCR was conducted in accordance with general industry standards.
The scope of Phase I ESA included: visual inspection of readily accessible areas of the Site, interviews with knowledgeable persons at the Site, and information reviewed regarding historical land uses.
A report was prepared including the finding results and the recognized environmental conditions. Limitations and other considerations as well as recommendations were provided.
