- BG commissioned Environmental Resources Management (ERM) and Environics to upgrade the Environmental Management System (EMS) of Rashpetco.
- Environics undertook several tasks to ensure a proper upgrade. These included:
- Reviewing the existing EMS arrangements and operating procedures through an array of tools like document review, interviews, site visits.
- Indicating the shortcomings and needs for development and gaps.
- Undertaking site visit to the Rashpetco sites to check implementation.
- Developing detailed action plan for the design and setting of the EMS.
- Developing EMS manual & system procedures as well as a number of operating procedures.
