Environics was commissioned to prepare an environmental register for Nissan Motor Egypt plant that is located in 6th of October industrial area. The factory includes car assembling activities that encompass: painting processes, surface treatment, welding and parts assembling, and proper and safe operation testing.
Environics prepared the Environmental Register in accordance with the requirements of the amended Environment Law No. 4/1994 and Law 105/2015, and the amended Executive Regulations. The register encompassed two parts: part on the environmental condition of the facility which included: a general description of the facility, inputs and products, relevant laws and regulations, description of the processes and service units (utilities), generated emissions and wastes, environmental management and efforts to improve the facility’s environmental performance, and the second part was the relevant hazardous materials and wastes register.
