- Environics was commissioned by IBIS, in association with Ezdehar, to carry out Environmental and Social Due Diligence Assessment (ESDD) for a hospital located in Zagazig City, Sharqia Governorate, as well as a lab network consisting of 31 branches.

The assessment encompassed the following:
- Document Review: all the relevant documents were reviewed and a summary of each document was provided including: document type, issuing authority/entity, and issuing date.
- Reporting: Environics prepared ESDD reports that described the various aspects reviewed against the local legal requirements: Licenses, permits, approvals, registers, environmental aspects, health and safety aspects, as well as Human Resources issues.
