- PETZED commissioned Environics to establish an HSEMS based on ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 standards.
- The system was to be adopted at all sites affiliated to PETZED.
- For the purpose of fulfilling this assignment, Environics prepared the following:
- Gap analysis for the HSE system adopted at PETZED.
- Action plan for implementation of the system.
- General HSE guidelines including HSE manual as well as system procedures.
- A system for managing contractors.
- Training of PETZED HSE team.
